Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

This banana bread is easy, delicious, and most importantly — made in ONE BOWL.

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas

1/3 cup melted butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 whisked egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 cups flour

Pinch of salt

2/3 cup chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F

Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth

Add your melted butter and stir until combined

Add in the sugar, whisked egg, vanilla, baking soda, flour, and a pinch of salt and stir with a spoon until the batter is smooth

Add in the chocolate chips while gently stirring

Lightly grease your loaf pan with olive oil – the easiest way is to put some olive oil in the pan and then use a paper towel to spread it around

Add your batter to the pan and top with additional chocolate chips

Bake for 50-60 minutes and let cool
